Payments

We accept Paypal, cashier's checks, and money orders. For PayPal orders, we kindly ask you to include a 3% fee to cover our costs of using Paypal. An order will not be shipped until payment is fully completed. Payment plans are available in some instances, please inquire for details.

A nonrefundable 25% deposit is required to hold certain animals. If the balance is not made in a reasonable amount of time, the reserved animal(s) will be made available again. A deposit can only be made for available animals, not for a clutch/litter in general or any animal that we do not deem ready to be sold. We can always add your name to a waiting list.

Shipping

We are a FedEx certified live reptile shipper. Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday, Priority Overnight. No orders will be shipped between Friday and Sunday, NO EXCEPTIONS. Someone must be at the receiving address to sign for the package. Shipping charges vary by location; contact us for a quote. No international (including Canada) shipments are possible.

Animals are shipped in boxes insulated with 3/4" styrofoam. During incliment weather a 40 hour heat pack is included in the shipping box. We will only ship when temperatures are between 45°F and 88°F. If a customer wishes us to ship on a Thursday or outside the temperature range, we do so at our discretion and the live arrival guarantee becomes void. The shipment must be opened within moments of receiving the box. Any complaints are to be made within 24 hours of receipt of the order, preferably by phone. If the animal dies during shipment, a picture of the obviously dead snake needs to be emailed to us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. The sex should be verified within one week.

Our Guarantee

All animals are guaranteed to have consecutively eaten more than 5 appropriately sized meals and be in excellent health, unless otherwise stated. All animals in an order are guaranteed to arrive alive, properly sexed, and remain healthy for at least 5 days. If you are not fully satisfied, a full refund will be provided after we receive the live animal. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs in the event that an animal is returned.

We will always honestly represent our animals. Any animal that is a picky eater, has scars or a deformity, history of sickness, etc will be represented as such.

Special Services

A copy of the animals’ feeding history, dam/sire information, and any other pertinent data (such as pedigree chart when available) are included with every animal shipped. We are always willing to provide full support (even months after purchase) to answer ANY questions customers may have. It is our pleasure to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. We work with you through the entire process to make sure you get the exact animal you desire.

If you live close to us, we are always willing to arrange other transportation of your animal(s).
