We have 1.2 50% diamond-50% coastal crosses produced by Eugene Bessette of Ophiological Services available for sale. We hand picked these out from the remainder of his 2009 holdbacks and are good representations of the quality carpets Gene produces. These can be traced back to an early to mid 1980s pairing between a male diamond and a female coastal. Over the years Gene has bred within the bloodline, holding back a wide variety of offspring, from high diamond to high coastal influence to just those that stood out, providing a well rounded group of diamond carpets.
